Warranty Policies for Capsule Vending Machines

Warranty 1: Reliable One-Week Warranty

In the following cases, the coin mechanism (the handle used to operate the machine) can be replaced free of charge within one week of product delivery. Please contact us first using our website’s inquiry form.

Applicable products

1) Gachacop: New unit only (excluding refurbished products)
2) Gachacop - L size: New unit only (excluding refurbished products)

Warranty period

1 week from the date of product delivery

Important considerations

・ Shipping costs will be covered by our company.
・ If the product fails due to negligence, charges may apply.

Warranty 1: Cases Where Not Covered

・Damage or loss of consumable parts (key, panel, etc.) other than the coin mechanism
・Damage or loss of parts resulting from misuse
・Wear or deterioration due to normal use or age
・Products beyond one week after delivery

Warranty 2: Early Failure Warranty

All products are shipped after a complete operational inspection. We offer a one-week early failure warranty to cover damage or failure that may occur during shipping, allowing eligible products to be exchanged free of charge. Please contact us for more details.

Warranty period

1 week from the date of product delivery

Shipping costs for warranty service

・ Within one week of delivery: Shipping costs will be covered by Amuse
・ After one week from delivery: Shipping costs to be covered by the customer

Important notes

・Please return the product within three business days of notifying us of a defect. If the product is not returned promptly, this warranty may not apply.
・The warranty period ends one week after delivery, even if the product has not been used.
・The warranty period is counted from the delivery date, not from when you begin using the product.

Exclusions

・Damage or loss of parts caused by misuse or mishandling
・Products not purchased directly from Amuse (for example, purchased from another seller)
・Products that have been opened and repaired internally
・Products beyond one week after delivery
