About AMUSE
Representative’s Greetings
Thank you very much for visiting our website. Amuse was founded in Japan’s Aichi Prefecture as a manufacturer and wholesaler of capsule vending machines and capsule toys. The company is supported by customers from around several of industries, with its unmatched selection of products and unique sales promotion know-how cultivated through 13 years of experience.
First brought into Japan from the USA in 1965, chewing gum vending machines gave birth to toy vending machines, and before long, “Gacha” vending machines became popular throughout Japan. Through toys, the vending machine came to have an element of excitement, with a different product coming out with every turn of the handle. The vending machine that made so many children smile had a large market 13 years ago, around the time this company was founded.
In the midst of everything, the company listened to the customers’ requests and developed sales-promotion purpose capsule vending machines ahead of other companies, which were incredibly popular and sold over 30,000 units. Counting rentals, the company’s transactions amount to 100,000 total customer inquiries, including rental transactions. Also, after dealing with customers who used to be unfamiliar with Gacha, such as restaurant owners, car dealers, housing company employees, and dentists, the company came to provide events using Gacha, as well.
Wishing to have everyone, not only children but also adults, experience the excitement of turning the Gacha vending machine handle for the first time, we aim to develop unique products, while listening to our customers’ opinions, and deliver them to anywhere within Japan and the world through our website.
Thank you, and we look forward to your continued support.
