Return & Exchange
After receiving your shipment, please promptly check the contents.
If there is a problem with the product caused during shipping such as damage, etc., please contact us within three (3) days upon receiving the product.
CANCELING AN ORDER
In cases where the ordered product (in stock) is yet to be shipped out, you may cancel your order.
Please submit your cancellation request, along with your order number and reason for canceling, through our website inquiry form found on our Contact Us page.
You will receive a reply within a few business days.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
If returning a product, please contact us within three (3) days upon receiving your shipment.
If we take responsibility for the requested return, return shipping costs will be reimbursed by our company. If the customer is responsible for returning the product, the customer will pay the shipping cost. Please contact us through our website inquiry form found on our Contact Us page.
We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- A product that has been used
- A product that has been damaged or is rendered defective by the customer
CUSTOMER-RESPONSIBLE REPLACEMENTS
For replacements in which the customer is responsible, such as having chosen the wrong size or color, the following costs will be paid by the customer.
- Return shipping fee for the product that needs to be shipped back
- Shipping fee for the desired product to be shipped out
- Additional bank transfer fee for sending the extra amount to the customer if there is a difference in cost between the two products
